This project uses seascape genetic analyses, landscape ecology, and hydrodynamic modelling to explain and predict connectivity, resilience and population reproductive strategy in a seagrass species distributed inside a natural park centred on a lagoon system in southern Portugal. Our hope is that these results may be useful to the management of this natural park in the face of a variety of opposing stakeholders
